Overnight & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a straightforward cancellation policy to give you peace of mind. Here’s how it works:

Full Refund Policy

• Advance Notice: Receive a full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before the first day of your stay.

​

Modified Cancellation Options (29 to 8 Days Before Stay)

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations made between 29 and 8 days prior to your stay are not eligible for a cash or credit card refund.

• Stay Another Time Credit: Instead, we offer a credit for a future stay within 6 months (credits expire after 6 months).

• Conditions:

  • The new booking must be of equal or lesser value than the original reservation.

  • Upcharges apply for bookings over holiday periods or if the new stay exceeds the original reservation’s value.

No Refund Window (7 Days or Less Before Stay)

• No Refunds: Cancellations made 7 days or less before your stay are not eligible for refunds or stay credits.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Refunds are not available for cancellations due to weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or equipment failures.

Additional Policies

• Discretion of Park Management: Refunds or “Stay Another Time” credits are granted at the discretion of the park owner.

• Addressing Concerns: Please report any complaints or issues to the office manager or park owner during your stay.

• Post Check-In Policy: Once checked in, refunds are not available for any reason.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In

• Standard Check-In: 2:00 PM for RV and tent sites.

  • Early check-in is available as early as 12:00 PM for $15 if your site is unoccupied the night before (not guaranteed until 2:00 PM).

• Glamping and Cabin Check-In: 3:00 PM. Early and late check-outs are not available for glamping or cabins.

 

Check-Out

• Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM on your departure day.

  • Please clear your site of all trash and debris, utilizing provided trash cans and dumpsters to help keep our park clean.

• Late Check-Out: Available until 1:00 PM for RV and tent campers for $15, subject to availability.

 

Terms of Service

 

Payment

• Full payment (100% of the fee) is required at the time of reservation, whether made in person or online, to secure your spot.

 

Vehicles & Tents

• Up to 2 vehicles and 1 tent are included per site.

• Additional tents or vehicles incur a $10 fee each, with a maximum of 3 tents total per campsite.

 

Agreement

• By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation at Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park (RRCAP), you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Safety

• All persons under 18 entering the campground pond or creek must wear a Coast Guard-certified flotation device unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

Proof of Reservation

• Valid proof of reservation or event ticket must be presented upon request by park staff. Failure to provide proof may result in being asked to leave.

 

Identification

• A photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or student ID) is required to validate reservations or tickets at check-in. Entry will be denied without proper ID.

 

Pricing

• Advertised reservation and event prices are subject to change without notice. Additional fees are not included in the face value of reservations or tickets.

 

Updates

• Terms and conditions may be updated at the discretion of RRCAP management.

 

Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please adhere to the following:

• Pets must remain on a leash when outside your shelter.

• Aggressive or excessively loud pets may be asked to leave.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
